Terms & Conditions: Virginia Beach Chamber LLC, an independent company, (herein as, VBC) is given permission to promote applicant’s information via fax, e-mail, postal mail, digital, transmit, Internet & telephone for business purposes AND request is hereby made for inclusion of the VBC advertising, functions and marketing, as scheduled. The authorizing party warrants that he/she is duly authorized to engage in the business or profession described, and further warrants that he/she is the owner of and entitled to use or is duly authorized by the owner and entitled to use, the copy text, cuts, logos, and illustrations, photographs, likeness and/or any trademarks or trade names which may be specified and agrees to notify publisher immediately in writing of any changes in such ownership of authorization. Authorizing party states that they reserve the right to reproduce any and all material, copyrights, logos, etc. The authorizing party agrees to defend, indemnify and hold VBC and/or its affiliates, harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, damages and judgements which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of such copy text, cuts, illustrations, photographs, likeness, trademarks and names, together with expenses, including attorney’s fees and court costs incurred by VBC. All persons attending any VBC event is solely at their own risk. Attending any VBC event gives total permission to be photographed and your image/likeness may be used for promotional purposes without remuneration of any kind, whatsoever. VBC shall not be responsible for any injury, liability or circumstance of any kind from attending or participating at an VBC event. No other expressions, guarantees or assertions are made either verbally or otherwise. All persons shall represent only one primary business entity of one location at all times when participating at VBC events. Fees may be considered as an advertising/business expense. Consult a competent tax accountant/advisor. No refunds after (4) four calendar days. VBC retains the sole right to refuse any application, for any reason, without explanation. The undersigned has read this agreement including the terms and conditions and by signature acknowledges that he has received a copy of this agreement signed by an authorized agent of VBC and agrees to the terms and conditions as stated. Services subject to change/alter/substitute/deletion without notice and limited availability. Rate Card Effective October 01, 2022, or as amended.
